Not necessarily car trouble related but we had a 5 week old kitten climb up into our car while at the gas station. I couldn't for the life of me get this little guy to climb out so I walked down to the shop and asked if anyone could help. Charlie had me bring the car around and put it on the lift where we were able to get the kitten out. We brought him to the vet and he's good to go. They didnt have to help me out, didnt charge me anything, and didnt hesitate to lend a hand; so I give them 5 stars and will be bringing my cars there in the future as a thank you.

I had a situation with my car that needed taken care of real quick before I had to go on a trip. They took care of it in a very timely matter for me. And actually charged a bit less than other mechanic shops would have charged. I dealt with them in the past years ago and they were just as good then as they are now I highly recommend them.

I had them change the radiator and my brakes. They told me I needed to give them like 200$ for a new radiator so I found one myself for them for 50$ Brand new, and gave it to them to put in. The radiator I bought works amazing but I also provided Front brake pads and bolts since the bolts were stripped And they didn’t use them they bought their own, and charged more I also asked them to fix my busted fog light they just took out the broke one. The worse part is they put a huge dent in my front bumper when putting in the radiator. Absolutely horrible will never go back here unless to get the dent out they charged me for. Definitely just get your wheel alignment services done here maybe they do that right.

Wife took her car in for a front end alignment. They did an all wheel alignment and rotated her tires. They charged her $30 more than quoted. Tgey did not call and ask before doing extra work. Sometimes it sucks that you can't trust the locals

Had to have my Harley Davidson towed recently, when I went to retrieve it, I found it stored indoors without a scratch on it. If you need a tow, these guys will take great care to see your vehicle. arrives in good shape.
